The scenes that you have posted were indeed photoshoots only. However, there were two full-length Cruella DVDs. Use an image search or look up the galleries "Penectomy01", "Penectomy04", "Penectomy05", "Penectomy06", "Penectomy07" and "Penectomy08" there. That will find you all sets with the thinner girl, whose name appears to be Nicole, and one series which showcases the voluptuous beauty. There is also a further set featuring her. However, as it's simply entitled "Penectomy", one has to trawl through numerous photos to find the relevant ones. The best thing to do is to search within the files uploaded by Twisty_89. He's the user who uploaded these brilliant snaps, and I suspect that he might be the man seen with Nicole.
