I can't quite work out what has happened to cause the injury here - he just seems to have been thrown down on his side which then appears to have caused one of his nuts to explode for no apparent reason!

Also, would a testicle really tear itself apart from the inside then rip off the tubes, let alone there be enough sperm in the tubes to splatter all over the place? Seems as if someone just wanted to put this in the game somewhere rather than it actually being vaguely accurate...

This sort of thing would go well in a fighting game - close-ups of the nuts being flattened before they eventually rupture - but it just seems out of place here...
