    Well, not really. Most of the time, it works perfectly fine. It's only in some cases that it doesn't work for some strange reason.

    In this case, I have just realized what the reason was, by clicking on "Reply With Quote" on the empty posts.

    I had added URLs like this as the image:

    and the question mark at the end was ruining the image attachment somehow.

    By removing the question mark and the number on the right, the image attachment seems to work fine.
