These comics were from the end of the second part of a three-part series, "The Goblin's Despair" (Zetsubou no goblin). Part 1 is here:

There's a lot of text, but basically goblins who were caught raiding a forest village get captured and tortured, and the girls realize the goblins are seriously masochistic.
This series is seriously way more brutal than her usual stuff, just FYI.
