1. Click ‘Manage Attchments’ button. This will take you to the window shown in second pic below.
2. Click browse and find the pic you want to post (it has to be in gif, jpeg or png format)
3. When file shows in window to left of button press ‘Upload’ button.
So long as there's 10 or more cahacters of text in the reply window you're done.

Well, I tried and every thing was going great until it said the file was to large. Mine was 747k and the most it will upload is 293k so I need to change that somehow. I tried one way which didn't work but I haven't given up so don't worry.

It’s frustrating as the system turns your file into png format anyway. In doing so the file would be 5X smaller and below the limit but vBulletin doesn’t allow for this. What photo handling machinery do you have? All you really need do is either save a copy with a smaller canvas size or save a copy at a lower resolution. Adobe Photoshop etc. makes this easy but the machinery that came with your camera may also allow for this.

If you haven’t already got anything that allows you to shrink your file then you could try sites like http://www.netmechanic.com/GIFBot/optimize-graphic.htm or http://www.jpegwizard.com/ I haven’t used these so cannot comment on how good they are. You could just run a test with a picture of something inoquious rather than your flattened nuts.
