The technique is good and functional. It puts the balls in the palm of the hand for easily-controlled squeezing. You might wantto have him on his back when you do this then have him lift himself up on his hands and feet and follow you according to your commands. A quick, sharp double-squeeze can be used to get his attention if he is not following your hand the way you want him to follow, or as punishment for trying to resist and pull away . I like it better, though when the hand holding the scrotum is turned the other way with the thumb and index finger encircling the base of my scrotum while my testes are cradled in her hand.
