I wonder if they are gonna release the clip of her actually cutting it off....
It's very real. However, I believe she is along for the ride. I have a hard time seeing her doing the cutting, her demeanor is all wrong. It's not worth the 30 in my opinion.

Actually there is enough in that video and the description to put her in jail and take their children (who you hear in the background of the video) away.
More than likely, its probably an animal penis from a butcher. Or all of the new videos was older videos that wasn't released yet.

I am in the medical field. It's a human penis, well the shaft actually (the glans was removed as well from the flesh, supposedly after the original cut and before filming). You can see in the newer videos that he is missing half of his penis. It's real or they are great make up and prosthesis makers.
