There is different pleasure type for male/female. It is give and take always; you want to get pleasure have to give it too. Give the woman her pleasure to get your pleasure.
I think he means that many men don't really "do" (BD)SM things because it's hard for them to take the sub role or explain what they want as a top. Now he'd like to know if it's the same for gals.
