If this is what I think it is, there was an article I read recently on the internet about a woman doctor in South America who paid a bunch of thugs to kidnap her ex-boyfriend and chop off his cock and balls. They were caught before they had a chance to try to do it. The pictures of the woman in the video look like the woman doctor pictured in the article. I think that is what this video is about.
