Sorry for my superficiality. Analyzing the video stream it occurred to be flv1 codec, from adobe flash. The file has to be renamed with .flv extension to be played with vlc media player or other video players supporting that codec (it's the one used on youtube)!!! When i found it out, i could be able to convert it to a simple xvid, which is readable to any player! Here is the link (egoshare is having problems so forgive me if it's on rapidshare, which is anything but rapid):
