Ahhhh....that's Elaine, a 22 year old beauty from Hungary, and possibly the cutest and hotest girl on the Internet kicking men's balls. She's not only very beautiful, but takes on ballbusting these men with a lot of enjoyment. By the way, it's not a scorpion, but a lobster (go figure...don't know why such a beauty would get such a cheap tat).
