Just want to add if the ejaculation happens in the course of a testicle assault, the refractory period is less painful than a plain stroke to the finish. Moral of this story: beat those balls, and the post cum beating will be a little less painful.

For me, if the balls have been 'warmed up' through squeezing and slapping before ejaculation, the pain is worse after ejaculation if they are slapped or squeezed again.
