Another thing you can do:
All the girls and women would react or maybe even do things to the balls, if you record their reaction with a hidden mini-cam. You can get mini-cams on e-bay, they are very cheap. This is what I would try if I had access to balls. I would choose a somewhat quiet location or path where I know girls and women would walk by. Your ex-girlfriend reaction was not completely natural because she knew she was being filmed, with the hidden mini-cam you can capture TRUE natural reactions. Yes a guy will come by and do something, it will happen, but it doesn't matter because all you have to do is to delete that part of the video later. What will also happen is some girls will not like the balls, but other girls will love them, and the mini-cam battery lasts almost 2 hours so you will get many reactions, hahaha.
I was thinking that I could be posted somewhere very neer-by, but hidden (or just inconspicuous) and filming. That way I can get very quality shots of the girl's face and then zoom in on whatever it is that she may decide to do.

But you can do it in other places like a quiet sidewalk or a quiet bus stop, or places that only women go like the entrance of a female bathroom or maybe near an hairdresser or maybe a school just for women or mainly for women, or somewhere else.
It's just impossible not to happen...you will get crazy and horny reactions from women and girls, because they think no one is watching and when females are in groups they are even crazier, hahaha lol hah loool hahahaha ha.
