It's a very good video, the hits are either completely real and hard or these two are the best stage combat actors ever. Even if it is a repost it was probably posted ages ago. I hadn't seen this one myself for a long time so it is good to see it again, I'd almost forgotten about it.

Apparently, the old book "Every Woman's Guide to Self Defence" by Kathleen Hudson contains a chapter dedicated to female vs female self defense.

My German language is not that good, but i understood in a sentence that "the targets are the trachea, the carotid and the breasts of the female attacker".

Do anyone here have read this book?

Just thought I'd share this as it's not something you see very often.
I overlook a park and as I was sat here beavering away at one of my stories I looked out of my window to see a girl too old to be messing around on one of those springy duck things slip backwards off it - the pointy duck tail slipping right between her legs. She manage to stay standing for a second, but clutched herself, fell to her knees and hunched over. Her friend had little sympathy for her and pushed her onto her side where she lay still clutching with one hand whilst throwing wood chippings back at her friend with the other. She was down for about a minute before climbing to her feet and walking away seemingly fully recovered.
Funny the things you see by chance.
