Your reasoning is valid, but you missed the description of the situation here.
Key is freedom of choice. The right to not be put in a situation where you feel you have no other choice than to comply, even though you feel strongly against it.

In my dictionary, tricking another person into an unwanted genital examination, knowing they are temporarily weakened and drugged, using medical authority is abuse.

Your claim is correct that I came for a medical exam ! That was by my choice, correct ! But I had an appointment with a specific doctor.
It can not be justified that I was not informed, that another doctor would see me.
Patients should be informed and given a choice to accept such a change, so the appointment can be rescheduled or canceled.
Especially when examination of genitalia is involved.

E.g. : When you make an appointment for a massage. And instead of your regular masseur, all of a sudden you are confronted with Bubba.
(Sterotype strong aggressive black homosexual rap1st, most commonly found in US prisons )
You (and most people) would make a run for it ! Unless you like violent anal sex :-)
We can all accept this right ?
And you do not have to know if this large black man is a homosexual rap1st, all that matters is that you feel very uncomfortable with him touching you half naked.
Because your freedom of choice as a client, is more important than Bubba's right to work as a masseur.

Now you might claim, I had that choice, I could just have refused to be subjugated in that situation.
Then you truly do not understand the pervers medical culture, the unbalance in power between patient / doctor.
Especially in hospitals where they still have a strong hierarchical structure, almost like military.
Where doctors decide everything and the rest of the staff is considered a lesser human being.
We as patients are not considered clients, we are considered live stock, that need treatment.
Patients have no say, they need to accept whatever the doctors decide, and be very thankful about it.
I no longer accept it ! I hope more people will folow my example, so this bizar travesty ends soon !
