Maybe she found out they treated any group, animal, celebrity, athlete, place, or undeserving person, creature, animal, environment, etc rather badly.
Whatever the case, she would teach, train, feed, develop, grow, study, research, observe, punish, prank, trick, tease, fight, bind, damage, wrestle, please, or pleasure the guy's crotch.

The Yoko BB productions toons are really things of animated ballbusting masterwork. Just watching them, one can't help but think of dialogue, actions, moves, personalities, traits, quotes, jokes, attacks, dangers, clothes, equipment, weaponry, accessories, colors, aesthetics, make-up, and so much more that could be used at any one point to make the already great cartoon scene move onto the next scene, express the thoughts of the victim to the ball-busting goddess (or to the watcher), exchange of sentences between the two (or more) random characters, enhance the neat setting, circumstances, situation, time, feel, attitude of the cartoon, busting, attacks, characters, excitement, and more, all of which are already top notch.

Maybe due to an overly imaginative mind at times, but each time I watch these toons, brainstorms about what I would have had happen, what I would do if I were the buster / bustee in the part, what / how / when / where / etc. I (/ random person / the character / the best / my type of character for the scene) would say, act, do, talk, move, process things, focus, figure out things within the scenario.

What are the things on the side of the victim's crotch. They're not knives. It's not a whip. Not a shoe. They aren't iron bars, although he's in prison. Like I said, random question.
Also, I think that is the penis, but it could be a testicle. The end of it looks more like a head, since it is not part of a pouch, nor is it stretched, pulled, or yanked from another section.
If it was a ball or part of the sack, the reader would see the stretched, stressed, or pressed skin within some capacity.

Either that or the culprit's fingers, hand, or some part of the body would appear, visibly grasping around the particular testicle, covering the remainder of the sack from being noticed.
It doesn't seem to be any part of a set. Could be the head from a straight-ahead view.

The victim's are wearing what appear to be either metal, steel, or titanium plugs, stoppers, tops, or something which acts like a cork in order to make sure the guys either stay blocked-up, ... A. Either they can't think about making any juice;
B. they can't focus;
C. anything that does form doesn't move around;
D. anything that does move around can't enter the tube;
E. no sort of ammo can shoot from their torpedo cannons.

(Similar actions are done in the hentai "Dick Boxing", although not through the use of devices, but through a punch & kick attack.
