Generally I have found the results of self ball busting do not last long after the end of a session. I have tried many times over the years to Ball Bust with the hope the pain in the testicles would last for an extended period of time, several hours to a few days.

I have tried many different approch over the years including heavy repeated hitting with objects, serious pounding on a hard surface, fitting a humbler device on and hitting the testicles while trapped among the techniques. I have tried extensive streatching and squeezing. The results have always been the same with the pain pretty much going away after I stopped much to my dismay. The skin of the scrotum might be sore or irritated, but not the testicles themselves.

Has anyone developed or learned any self inflicted techniques that will prolong pain in the testicles, not for permanent injury, but to make it last for several hours to a few days?
