Sorry, I missed your question. It will probably dissapoint you but I never has the needles stuck in my balls. She would heat them up in very hot water and then slide them under a leather start secured around the middle of my ball sac. Sometimes she used cold then hot, but mainly th hot ones. if you haven't tried it, it will send you. Just don't heat the needle with a flame, could be dangerous. holding it in boiling water will get it pleaty hot trust me.
I have used a board and had the skin of my sac stretched out lacross the top of it as far as it could reasonably be pulled, real tight, and then pinned down to the board with little hypo needles.

Try this, get pinned like this and have your gf put a warm cloth over your nuts to loosen them up. While your waiting she can get the handle end of a spoon, or even a butter knife freezing cold. Then if she tells you she has decided to cut your worthless balls off tonight, and takes the very cold metal spoon handle or butter knife draws it across the warm skin around your balls with some pressure and a steady deliberate motion, for about 5 second you will feel like you just got sliced. Only lasts a few seconds, but if you have the fantasy but don't really want to ose your balls, its something,

its very stimulating to talk with my girlfriend about pinned balls. we had seen some pictures with colored pins pushed into properly bound balls, and she loves these pictures as well as some balls skewered by long hatpins. (she doesnt like gauge needles.)
but unfortunately videos of such extreme ballplay are very rare - and up to now she does not trust to try doing this herself with mine.

can you tell more about what she or you like more. the sharp ones are more easer to push inside. (I tried it with an accupunctur needle by myself). but ... a steel meat skrewer ... what an idea!
