This is a music video from 1979 from one of my favourite singers, Kate Bush.

The chorus of the song is "Them heavy people hit me in a soft spot". In keeping with this, there is a stylised, slow motion fight at the end of the song, in which Kate kicks her heel sideways into her attacker's crotch, before head butting him!
