hmm, well from what I know about this issue (and I have researched it a lot) women can feel similar pain in their groin if it is struck in the correct way. However it seems that most groin shots on women either do not hurt more then anywhere else on the body, or feel almost like getting hit in the stomach most of the time. This is due to them having more natural protection of corse. But the only way we can know for sure is if we have some input from the ladies!!!
