whats the best program to edit captions in? I only have paint and that seems to be real bad

You can buy a copy of photoshop home edition, that's around $80 last I noticed around 2 years ago. You can probably find a pirated copy somewhere as well. That's the most common program. If all your doing is adding text to photos, I would just stick with MS paint. Hope that helps.
It's an amazing idea to put comments on the picture; by the way: Such photo-stories could be an interesting addition to the pay site...

Write something "nice" on this one
There are a few nice sites out there from which you can get pretty much everything. Most of these sites are Russian. I can't share links because I don't have them. I buy what I want from the store! PC World, for me. Yes, over-priced and over-here, but safe.
If you are tempted to download anything from strange sites, then put them into an external and empty HD. Then scan the darn things. It is not quite good enough to scan them when they are not unpacked. Most of the trojans that these things sometimes carry are only activated when you install the program. Unless you have a heavy-duty scanner, they won't find them in an unpacked zip or rar. Believe me, I know! So, install then scan!
There are a lot of very nice people out in the internet world who love to share their toys. I am one of them. None of us ever sticks nasties in what we share. Other people do. They regard it as a kind of game. Well, I am sorry but I lose my SOH at this juncture.
All you get from me will always be as safe as I can make it to be. I use scanners that you probably have never heard of. Why? Because I like to and because I can. If I share my toys, I want to be sure they are safe and okay and don't wreck someone's PC. Is this human kindness on my part? No. Don't kid yourself. I am a professional.
This is from a comic called 7 Brothers. One of the characters has the ability to describe how she hurt you and then you'll feel whatever the hurt is. I guarantee I'm going to be coming up with captions like that from now on.
