I would bet that those hands are not belonging to a Female. It's seems that those pics have been altered, there is too hair on forearms, the nails shape is definitive masculine and the laquer has improbable edges.
Could some pics composition specialist give his opinion about?

Theire's hair on her arms, but that is not uncomon in many countrys. And women with long (means strong) dark hair have hairy arms if the don't remove it.
Short fingernails correspond easily to a woman, long curly hair who isn't depilated head to toe like a snail and doesn't paint her nails every 20 minutes.
