I found this one post in another forum. The description says it all right below. I couldn't stomach it to open the preview or even watch the clip. Yet I still thought of the members in this forum. I hope it's what you guys and gals love in this lifestyle.

First I must warn You, that thi movie is not for everybody - it is very hard.
In movie You will see ho group of bad peoples take scalpel and make cut into nutsack of male (I think that it is without anesthesy). Then their push one of testicles out from nutsack and into this "nude" testicle push 3 injection needles - testicle is still alive, their do not cut in from body. After that their take needles out and push nesticle back into nutsack and save it.
