I must say that two artists have started to contribute and have blown me away - BABEL and ROYEKS - man, you guys are talented!
I love the new age computer work of Royeks. I love the theme too as it is (in my opinion) very consistent with the total domination and humiliation of men by beautiful women through that part of a man that most defines his masculinity - his balls.
The women are portrayed beautiful, sexy, but unreachable and untouchable. This symbolism is enhanced by Royeks always portraying the women fully clothed yet the men are made stark naked and totally vulnerable to these gorgeous godesses. The only reward the male can take away is the realization that his pain, emasculation and humiliation she dealt him has resulted in her total contentment and enjoyment (evidenced by her beautiful simles and laughter). And her enjoyment, which she deserves for being who she is, is the most important thing regardless of the degradation the male species must suffer for her to get that.

Just wondering if anyone has or has come across any actual ballbusting in any Anime?
Seems to be loads in manga and Ive seen the odd kick or knee in a couple of anime but anything else people know of?
I guess its alittle more uncommon what with Japans rules and stuff on male sex organs and stuff but any naked bustings?
Ive seen afew pics which didnt look at all doctored and looked like frames from anime.
Has there been any femdom Anime if such a thing exsists??

I assume you mean in hentai(porn anime), since while I wouldn't call it ballbusting as such, sometimes strikes to the groin are used for humorous effect in "normal" anime as in western things. There are all kinds of femdom in hentai, but I don't recall ever seeing ballbusting. Whipping, submission, and so on, yes, but ballbusting? Then again, I wouldn't call myself an expert on the situation, so it may indeed exist. Usually japanese porn lies heavily on the side of female submission, not male.
If I heard of ballbusting art by a female, of any artistic style, I'd have to see it!
