Exactly - rather than having concern or offering him sympathy, they instead are making a point that they are glad and enjoy his painful misery delivering it in a way that makes a fool out of him. Girls that have this reaction are the best in this fetish are are more apt to kick the guy as hard as they can as his pain is not only not their concern, but more importantly a source of their fun and enjoyment.
