Certainly, first you will need to open the file I put on rapidshare using a zip opening file such as winzip, winrar, and I am sure there are many others. Afterwards you should see a file with the name limit.dmb in the limit folder. You want the icon for that file to show a monitor with an orange ball inside. If it is not showing that icon than right-click on it and go to open with dreamseeker. You should have downloaded it when you downloaded the byond program. You may have to search your computer for it. It is probably a good idea to set it as the default program to open .dmb files with because I cannot image any other files with the extension .dmb except the ones for byond.
If for some reason that has not helped than please tell me which file exactly you are trying to open and I will see what I can do.
when i do that, a pop up box titled Options and Messages gives me this:

It took me a while to find the problem but I finally got it. You have to extract the limit folder inside of the zip file before opening up the limit.dmb file. In whatever zip opening software you use there should be an extract button on the top left side after you have opened up the zip file. After both files have been extracted in the limit folder then you can run the program limit.dmb.
Now I have a question of my own. When you downloaded the file from rapidshare did you get all 140 MB because for whatever reason I can only download 35 of the 140 MB that is on rapidshare? I think it may be a bug with rapidshare and I will try to put the downloads from different sites.
