Men that prefer ballbusting while clothed are about 15% of those men into this fetish. I've seen comparable polls in other forums that reflect this same ratio. In addition, women prefer the men to be nude.

The reason I've seen cited the most is that when men are clothed are in ballbusting depictions they are always faked and not real ballbusting. If it is Hollywood or mainstream filming, we all know they are definitely wearing protective gear....this applies not to 100% of the bustees. So yes, if they are clothed, we can (and do) safely conclude it is faked and not real ballbusting.
