Dude, Realplayer has a built in downloader for flashvideo files. Works very well most of the time. If you have realplayer already go to tools, then preferences, then downloads and recordings (all the way at the bottom) and make sure it's enabled for your browser. You can still watch them with media player, vlc, whatever viewer you prefer.
