One might believe so. But, really, is any human being, man or woman, willing to throw away the advantages they already have, just to gain the advantages of the other? I do not believe that is the case with most. The big feminist catchphrase is, after all, "I want it all!"

If she wants to go to a party dressed as a lady, she can still do that. But she also has the option of wearing a tuxedo if she wants, and no one will really utter any complaints about that these days. And there are plenty of other examples like that.
