I'm not sure what the photo on the left is, but the photo on the right is from an American TV mini-series from the 1980's called "V".
V was about these aliens who came to Earth and were known as "visitors" thus the name V. The visitors looked human but that was a discise (sorry for my poor spelling). Under their fake human skin they were reptiles kind of what we would be had dinosaurs not died out. Their planet was running out of food and water so they came here to take all the water and to get food and we humans were their new food source. There was a human resistance movement and some of the visitors sided with the humans and helped Earth throw off the alien invasion. All in all it was a neat mini-series.
In this photo one of the visitor leaders, Diana played by actress Jane Badler was about to have dinner. Her dinner is a guinea pig she is about to swallow live and whole the same way a snake swallows its prey. That's how the visitors ate. Yes like most reptiles they had forked tounges and when angry they hissed.
After the mini-series V also became a regular series for about one or two seasons. Not too long ago I think the Sci-Fi channel aired the mini-series and a number of the episodes.
