As I understand, an FtM is a transsexual or transgender person, born as a female but now wanting to be male.
Packer is a device to give a masculine bulge to the briefs.
These range from rolled up socks to sophisticated prosthetics, apparently good enough to pee into a public urinal while standing.
So yes, a woman that looks like a man would seem to fit.

Yeah my ex got me into it and i really enjoyed her aggressiveness and I get off on it a lot. Just wanted to see what another people felt about it.
