The penectomy scene from ISOYG 2010 is great, really Sarah Butler is stunnig and that makes the whole scene exciting. But imo first ISOYG from 1978 is much better. Awesome list my friend! I do have two questions for you, do you know the asian film where it shows some big guy sticking his penis through a hole and some hot young girl is teasing him. But on that same side with the young girl another girl is standing by with scissors and once he gets his penis through the hole enough she cuts him next scene appears another girl is beside a green or black one piece toilet she yells out in the caption "Flush it away" and the girl who used the scissors dives for the toilet throws the severed penis in the toilet and she flushes, next shot shows the toilet flushing (not really powerful enough in my opinion to do the job) and you can see something pink resting at the entrance of the toilets hole and you see the "penis" pulled down the hole.
