Hmm. Interesting concept, lose the scrotum, and keep the nuts, for that unique look and untampered sex drive. Do you think they might actually be doing that? If so, that procedure would be purely cosmetic. There should be no reason that any any busy body authority figures should have a problem with our young ladyboys, or any one else for that matter, having their scrotum tightened up.
