I wonder if anyone knows the answer to this. Is it illegal to write and post a BB story that has underaged characters in it? Or, is it just illegal if there are nude pictures of underage people posted?
The reason I'm curious is my interest in ballbusting is rooted in childhood experiences and therefore leaning in this direction is very interesting for me. The last thing I want to do is get into trouble by sharing youthful or incestuous stories.

It is perfectly legal to write the stories with underage characters. Many sites that I know of have rules which do not allow underage stories to be posted though, but on this forum it is fine.
Also, as you have already said, many of our ballbusting memories are also rooted in childhood, so I see these stories as acceptable.

One of the subjects posted somewhere else on this forum was regarding whether the people here were normal or not. What seemed to come out of it was that many of us felt that we weren't normal and were excited in our uniqueness. Other's felt we were as normal as anyone in reality but simply brave enough to recognize that we were simply people who had open minds and pursued that dark (or exciting) part of our nature.
It appears some of us may be offended but others encourage crossing taboos. I sure hate to offend anyone. I must think on this further. I'm maybe not as brave as I prefer to be at times. Thanks for your comments.
in my opinion, it depens on how old your characters are, I would say: not younger then 15/16. those girls or boys are pretty concious(did i spelled that correct?) of thereselfs, therefor I would see no harm in that. however, little girls of seven year old would be sick in my opinion.
crossing taboo's works in two ways, One may speak about something that another person don't want you to speak about, but when you do, you don't have to throw it in his/her face, the right to NOT hear the things you want to hear is just as important as the right to say want you want to say.

You should never use any characters in your story because they are all fictional and therefore none of them are conscious. So you should only write stories about real life people, who conscented to you writing the story about them.

what about cartoons / mangas ? the "Ballbusting Cartoons" thread certainly has quite a lot of underage girls, but I have no idea whether its "officially tolerated " on this board or whether if its legal
Laws dealing with pedophilia and child abuse in pornography are there for one reason - not because the adult perp gets enjoyment, but because the child actors/models in these depictions are sexually violated in the making of them. Just as with illegal drugs, makers, distributors and consumers of kiddie porn are all violators of these laws.
Although fantasy stories, cartoons, etc., may have some pretty disgusting themes in this regards, there are no child victims in their making.
The real question should be whether any of us want to be part of a forum where there is a recurring tendency amongst its members to delight in fictional stories about abuse of children, regardless of how that abuse is delivered or to which gender. For me, absolutely not, regardless of whether it is legal or not.
I agree with this, but how exactly would you define "children" and "abuse" here ?
two opposing examples: a story or comic or whatever about a 14 year old girl who knees a bully of equal age in the nutsack would be fine with me. a story or comic about a 7 year old girl that mistreats the genitals of an equally old boy would not.

Well I am under 18 so for me under 18 BB is fine. But BB or ctb or ********** or any of that with kids that are 2 or more years younger is sick. I hate the anime style BB pics because they look like 10 year olds. There is even a picture of what looks to be a 7 year old with appropriate sized balls being busted.
OP underaged BB is sick and I think you should go to jail for participating in it. It's just like underage sex.

As to the legality or the disrepute of involving minors in such stoires, keep in mind that, in a Larry McMurtry novel (One of a four-part series, but I forget the title), there are scenes where a thirteen-year-old girl whips a fat man (at his request) on his bare ass with thorny branches & thistles. If that's allowed for that act , I imagine it's allowed for ballbusting. Like nudity on the stage or screen, it's allright if it earns its keep in the story, not so much if it's gratuitous.
