Just wondering if anyone has skewered their balls and remained potent, as in able to have kids. It wouldn't surprise me that the nut still works fine if the needle play is carefully done. Having seen this needle play thought I might give it a try. Using regular surgical needles about 1 1/2" long. Keeping everything clean with alcohol I gave it a try. No problem, pushed it in to the hilt of the needle, some very minor burning intially when it pierced the scrotum. No problem going into the testicle, some water ran out the needle, other than that no issues. Getting thumped in the testicles hurts much worse than inserting a needle. Next to try 4" needle through both at one time, see how that works.
