First off what you need to do is open a blank paint document. To do this you may need to make a copy of a paint document and then delete the picture inside. Then you need to copy the picture in the word document and paste it into the blank paint document (Then save). Now your picture is free from the word document and can be posted on this forum. What programs are best for the editing of pictures?
I've used GIMP, I've used Photoshop, and I've used Microsoft Paint, and they all do a pretty good job. (Photoshop is the best though.)
