Just scroll down to manage attachments and browse from your computer there. This can be found under additional options under attach files when you make a post.
ya but my computer is dumb...i found the thing you were talking about but im doing it by MICROSOFT WORD. wich is a document file not a picture file...i just need to get the pic with the caption on it to the site...i know how to upload it i just cant save both the pic and the caption in the same file to post it on here
