Has Anyone here ever seen the movie CREEP , well there is a scene where the deformed guy has a girl tied to an obgyn table and he pulls out a knife/saw thing and reaches under her sheet and gown

it's all cut away shots and mostly implied though

Yep, on the bottom-right side of the video window there's an icon with two little screens. Press it then select "fit". After that you can press the full-screen icon and get full-screen mode
