that was the Spawn animated series that ran from '97-'99 on HBO. i dont remember which episode specifically it was, but it was Angela's first appearance on the show.

i specifically remember watching that part and thinking "with all the nudity in this cartoon, it isnt supposed to be her stomping on his balls that gives me a hard-on, right?"
