that's Anita Blake, vampire hunter. the unlucky fellow is a were-rat. 1st time i've seen a ball-bust in the graphic novels. ball-busts are rare(if present at all) in the books too. Anita's got a stubborn independent streak, but i don't think you'd call her a femdom heroine.
