I just love that. My friend uses my balls monthly for a ball squash, She puts her 153 lbs on both balls first, then moves her heel to one ball, then the other ball. The whole time she has the other foot off the ground. I am always wondering is this going to be the time a ball ruptures?

You and your friend have a good thing going!
For ball trample, usually my technique is to clamp my hands under by balls tight so they stick out, and so my hands underneath becomes a firm and somewhat flat surface. Then I'll have the girl stand slowly and apply pressure evenly to both until she's full weight. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the grasp right, but after that it's intense fun. So far I've only gone up to 130-140lbs. The good thing is that if anything starts feeling bad, you can let go a bit so you escape some of the pressure.
