I emailed him about this, and he said that he was no longer having them on his site for a reason I can't remember, but it seemed trivial. You can find most of his old cartoons on ballbustingsocial. In fact I think there's a special folder for them. Also, if you type into Google "gelbooru noise"(noise is his alias on many sites, including twitter) that should lead to to another cache of his toons.
