The constant blue background if off-putting and the lack of background in most pictures makes the characters seem somewhar like they are floating in some weird blue universe, so some of his images are kinda off-putting to me, but, like I said, many people enjoy them and he can do better than I can!
I'd suggest you might do better to either say what is you do not like about his pics, or to contribute some of your own -- or both.
