It's a combination of delicious feet, hands, a board with a hole, and expert use of all three.
My girlfriend thought up this devilish set up for delivering a series of delicious strokes to my shaft, each ending in the sharp impact of my ball being caught between my her fist and toe joint. I simply cannot take more than a few of these before totally loosing it. It's a total mind fuck.
