If your nuts are in a girls mouth, I wouldn't say anything to piss her off. I personally do enjoy going just a little beyond his tolerance. I know when to quit, and usually do back off immediately. Unless I have trouble decifering the sound he's making. I give him a little more just to make sure if that's what he wants. Hey girls, how many of you giggle just a little bit when you can make him ...hmmm, I can't quite find a word for it...
