No, you're probably right. Most of my busting was done as a girl, so it didn't matter whether the boy was into it or not. In fact, I probably preferred that he wasn't. I certainly didn't know until I was older that some guys do get off on it.
I introduced one boyfriend to it. First with some not-so-hard kneeing, and progressed from there. He got more and more interested as we went along. Plus he saw/felt what kind of result it had on me!

As for spotting a guy who's into it! Is that even possible short of them saying so? At the risk of sounding crude, it would be like spotting a woman who's into anal sex (for the record, I'm NOT). It might be a question of a fear of unacceptability, but even if getting kicked/kicking guys in the nuts were considered a normal sexual passtime, how would anyone be able to determine just by looking whether or not they were into it?
Short answer ... no! Not in my experience anyway.
