My favorite ********** method is surgical as if the castratrix is a surgeon or a veterinarian and she removes the testicles surgically the way a surgeon would do it or the way a veterinarian would neuter a large male dog. So I want to see pictures where the castratrix is doing it by performing surgery on her victim but where her male victim is awake and conscious and is watching and fully experiencing what she is doing to him.

I also have this fetish for women wearing long sleeve shirts with their sleeves rolled up above their elbows and I love seeing pictures of women in long sleeve shirts with their sleeves rolled up above their elbows. Also women doctors wearing surgical gowns with their sleeves pushed up above their elbows.
