Does every1 here have a rapidshare premium account or am I the only one waiting a day between each download? lol. I preffer megaupload- it may be slower transfer rate but the fact that non-paying users can download multiple files consecutively is a great "pro" in my books.

A lot of times when I download from rapidshare, it just makes me wait between one and ten mins. But to answer your original question, I do not have a premium account.

The wait period between files in rapidshare is based on the size of the file. It's roughly 1 minute per 1 mega. If you download a 100 meg file, you'll have to wait 100 minutes, 30 megs 30 minutes and so on.

Exactly. I find the idea repulsive, but as far as i'm concerned, it doesn't concern me. I'm not going to be involved in it, and other peoples shit aint my business. Some DSL boxes renew the IP address when re-started. Then the rapidshare server does not "recognise" your computer and does not apply the waiting time!
