Nah lizzy, it gets too cartoony in my opinion! They get too round and it defeats the purpose. I want it to look real... Realistic testicle size on the horse. Bigger than normal, but don't make them cartoony big.
I want it to look real, like a real look of horror on the stallions face as his testicles are sheared to nothing, and the testicles being of a cartoon size throws off the image of horror and the image of true ballbusting
Like I said, make the balls big, but not cartoon-style big.
But yeah, it's the artist's choice. (I just hope he chooses to keep it slightly realistic, because cartoony images are overdone)
