Try a program called "orbit downloader", this lets you download an '.flv' file = 'Flash Video' file, from the website.


to play the flash video you may need vlc player, alternatively you could download a good codec pack, which would let you watch it straight from windows media player.


btw many sites including YouTube also use .flv files, so a similar process should apply. enjoy.
